Casa Fuego

Casa Fuego brings the soul of Mexico City to Brooklyn. Founded by Maria Rodriguez, whose grandmother ran a beloved taqueria in Coyoacán for over 40 years.

We make everything from scratch daily: hand-pressed corn tortillas, six varieties of salsa, and our signature slow-cooked carnitas that take 12 hours to prepare. Our bar program features over 50 artisanal mezcals and tequilas.

The vibrant dining room, decorated with hand-painted Talavera tiles, creates an atmosphere that is both festive and intimate.
