About Ramen Street
Ramen Street has been serving Osaka's best tonkotsu ramen since 2015. Owner Yuki Nakamura spent years perfecting the recipe, travelling across Kyushu to learn from the masters of pork bone broth.
Our signature tonkotsu broth simmers for 18 hours, producing a creamy, collagen-rich soup that coats every strand of our house-made noodles. Topped with chashu pork, marinated soft-boiled eggs, and our secret aromatic oil.
