About Trattoria del Sole
Trattoria del Sole has been in the Bellini family for three generations. What started as a small neighbourhood eatery in 1968 is now one of Rome's most beloved trattorias.
The menu features recipes passed down from Nonna Bellini: cacio e pepe made with pecorino romano, amatriciana with guanciale from a local producer, and pizza baked in our wood-fired oven.
