Gelateria Paradiso has been Florence's favourite gelato destination for nearly three decades. Giulia Ferrara, a second-generation gelato maker, continues her father's legacy of uncompromising quality.
We make 36 flavours fresh every morning using organic milk from a Tuscan dairy, seasonal fruits from local orchards, and single-origin chocolate from a small producer in Sicily. No artificial colours, no preservatives, no shortcuts.
The shop, just steps from the Duomo, features a beautiful marble counter where you can watch the gelato being made through a glass window. Our most popular flavours — pistachio, stracciatella, and fragola — have been on the menu since day one.
