La Maison Verte represents the pinnacle of vegetarian gastronomy. Chef Sophie Laurent earned her Michelin star by transforming vegetables from the Rhône Valley into works of art.

Our tasting menu changes weekly, dictated by what's at peak ripeness in our partner farms. Each dish is a celebration of a single vegetable — from heirloom tomatoes in summer to black truffles in winter.

The restaurant occupies a beautifully restored 19th-century townhouse with a garden terrace overlooking the Saône River. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the plate: the restaurant runs on 100% renewable energy and maintains a zero-waste kitchen.
